5. Monitoring & Alerting Disclaimer
Uptime Supervisor provides monitoring and alert notifications only.
We do not guarantee detection of all outages
We do not guarantee successful delivery or acknowledgment of alerts
You remain fully responsible for responding to incidents and system recovery
The Service does not replace on-call engineers, incident response plans, or redundancy strategies.
6. Subscription Plans & Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription
Pricing, features, and limits vary by plan
All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Prices may change with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments are final.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
Unused time
Downgrades
Service interruptions
Account termination
