We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse alerting systems (e.g., excessive test calls or SMS abuse)

  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others

4. Service Availability & Limitations

5. Monitoring & Alerting Disclaimer

Uptime Supervisor provides monitoring and alert notifications only.

  • We do not guarantee detection of all outages

  • We do not guarantee successful delivery or acknowledgment of alerts

  • You remain fully responsible for responding to incidents and system recovery

The Service does not replace on-call engineers, incident response plans, or redundancy strategies.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Access to the Service requires a paid subscription

  • Pricing, features, and limits vary by plan

  • All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

  • Prices may change with prior notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments are final.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:

  • Unused time

  • Downgrades

  • Service interruptions

  • Account termination
