No Refunds

All payments made to Uptime Supervisor are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unused subscription periods

  • Plan downgrades or changes

  • Temporary service interruptions or outages

  • Missed alerts or delayed notifications

  • Account cancellation, suspension, or termination

Subscription Charges

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

  • You are responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation

  • Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
