All payments made to Uptime Supervisor are final and non-refundable.

Plan downgrades or changes
Temporary service interruptions or outages
Missed alerts or delayed notifications
Account cancellation, suspension, or termination
Subscription Charges
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
You are responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
